“Polymerization & Packaging industries, making product Polyester Chips, BOPET and BOPP films”Position: Leaders Electrical & Instrument Technician- Leading Electrical & Instrument project for PET Chips plant, BOPET and BOPP Films Plant.- Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance work related to electrical and Instrument Equipment (motor induction, MCC, VFD, Transformers, OHC, Machine Production) includes regular maintenance patrol, evaluate and take necessary action to fix any problem, follow the work instruction and procedure correctly.- Verification and Calibration instrument unit like RTD, Thermocouple, Weight Scale, Flowmeter etc- Assembling and testing of safety control modules, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic hook-up, puling cables for hazardous areas, ensuring correct wiring termination in all panels.- Switchgear isolated and restore.- Check and identify Instrument equipment problems to specify root cause to achieve equipment rectification correctly. - Application HAZOP & LOTTO procedures. Make WWA and OPLS. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting about electrical Instruments of priority for equipment on Line process PET Chips Plant , BOPET & BOPP Films plant and to other departement as needed.- Implement and maintain effective documentation and record keeping systems for maintenance activities, equipment inspection, and repairs.- Leading and sharing knowledge and expertise to help resolve complex technical issues and training team member.
