• Zonal Executive for Accident & Health (A&H) operations • Responsible for developing A&H strategy and budget• Responsible for Profit and Loss• Responsible for building the business from MGU’s, Brokers and TPA’s and managing these relationships to ensure lasting, profitable books of business • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, managing and nurturing the staff• Develop A&H products and provide coverage analysis and competitor products as needed• Coordinate with the Actuarial Department on the development of rates, rating plans and expected loss ratios• Manage A&H reinsurance arrangements
