Beyond his incredible design skills, Adam proved to be a highly technical designer. Together, we developed a system where he was able to contribute to initial architectural designs, providing the rest of the team with insight from user feedback and UX implementation. When we got to development, I felt comfortable handing full components off to Adam for development. His ability to balance design and code execution is a trait you could spend years looking for.
