I was always confident in his ability to meet with clients and represent the technical team while also standing up for design necessities. When it came to frontend development, Adam was always willing to offer his time helping the rest of the team work on Angular, HTML, and CSS to complete features and deliver as fast as possible. Beyond his incredible design skills, Adam proved to be a highly technical designer. Together, we developed a system where he was able to contribute to initial architectural designs, providing the rest of the team with insight from user feedback and UX implementation. When we got to development, I felt comfortable handing full components off to Adam for development. His ability to balance design and code execution is a trait you could spend years looking for. It amazes me that Adam is only in the beginning of his career. He not only delivers excellent design, but is also willing to take on any other requirements that pop up. I've never seen him say "no" to a request. I've been amazed at his ability to attain new skills."
