01- Responsible to maintain supply chain working on ERP software and on reliable inventory management systems.02- Responsible to maintain the stock levels of all necessary inventory items.03- Responsible to ensure the back-to-back working on different vendors of a particular regular item in order to maintain healthy competition and economical aspects of procurement.04- Responsible to ensure the deep integration in the market for the taxpayer vendors / suppliers in order to work as per the Tax Rules of Government of Pakistan & Punjab.05- Anticipate the exact requirement and keep the stock according to the actual requirements.06- Responsible to ensure the audit of Supply Chain Store on fortnightly basis.07- Responsible to forecast budgeting requirements and necessary approval from management considering the requirements of services and products.08- Visit the warehouse randomly to check the status of inventories, storage and its usability. 09- Assist the Supply Chain Manager in the preparation of monthly requirement of consumable / reusable of field and head office inventory.10- Assist the manager in the Maintenance of two to three months inventory in stock and share demand after historical usage analysis.11- Anticipate and intimate the Supply Chain Manager regarding the exact requirement and procure the stock according to the actual requirements of head office and field.12- Prepare documents required for purchasing and get it approved from top management for new procurement.13- Ensure the quality of supplies as per agreed standards with the vendors.Coordinate with retailers to ensure availability of required Product/Items.14- Worked on retailer ledgers on daily basis to maintained the record against received material (Bills/Invoices) in order to reimbursed the payment in the shape of advance mode.15- Prepare noting along with trail documents/sporting’s and forwarded to top management for administrative approval.
