Worked as a sports volunteer in Lusaka, Zambia for the organization Sport in Action. The job involved assisting The Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports (NIF) and their cooperation organization in maintaining and further develop ongoing sport aid projects in Zambia.

Worked in an internship position at the Norwegian Council for Africa as part of my master's degree. Has since served on committees in the same organization and was elected as a board member of the organization at the 2022 annual meeting.

Worked as an intern at KS's regional office in Bergen. I participated in arranging and conducting conferences in Hordaland, such as the "Strategy Conference" in Stord in February 2017 and "The Great Kindergarten and School Owner Conference" in March 2017. As part of the internship, I wrote a report on dropout rates in upper secondary school and exclusion in Hordaland and on how increased cross-sectoral cooperation between NAV, county authorities, individual municipalities and local businesses could help more young people.
