I have always approached human performance, fitness, health and recovery as a science! “Train smart” – getting maximum results is a combination of optimal data driven training, effective recovery and sustainable nutrition. I have a BSc. & MSc. in Sport & Exercise Science as well as being a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and I strive to always stay informed with the latest performance, fitness, health, fatigue and recovery research. My background and experience in human performance ranges from professional sport science, strength & conditioning, personal training, performance directing, interdisciplinary working environment, individual and team sports, performance periodization to managing a performance team. My goal as a performance expert, sport scientist and S&C professional is to provide an effective and hard working environment for all athletes to reach their maximal potential. Getting results is crucial and my motivation is to get my athletes and team to the desired goals and beyond!
