Strength and Conditioning has been a part of my life since I was in middle school. I was always playing sports growing up and when I got into middle school we began training at the high school twice a week in the weight room. It wasn't until high school when I started to notice the profound difference it actually made in my athletic performance. I had a very close relationship with the strength coach and that is when I knew I wanted to become a strength coach. Realizing the impact you can have on a young athletes life not only coaching him, but also mentoring him amazed me. I then started to compete in powerlifting my first year in college because I was no longer playing any sports and really missed that competitive aspect in my life. I hold the American and National records for my weight class in the raw bench press and I continue to strive for greatness in the sport. I am currently interning with the Kennesaw State Football Strength and Conditioning under Head Strength Coach Jim Kiritsy. I have been interning there since August of 2014 and am always trying to master my craft and become the best coach I can possibly be. I am an extremely dedicated and hard-working individual and will never stop trying to improve in my life as a coach and as a man.
