Fallah is a seasoned ICT professional with over 10 years experience both in Governance, Industry and Academia. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Ministry of Information and Communications, Government of Sierra Leone. He also serves as the Managing Director (Co-founder) of LamTech Consulting. He has versatile ICT Management, Software, Database design, Training, Business Analyst and Web Accessibility skills with In-depth expertise using Microsoft Visual Studio, MS- SQL and SAP Crystal reports to build Windows based applications. Has developed several web based applications using leading industry tools such as DotNetNuke, Drupal, Joomla and WordPress for several companies. He has vast knowledge in learning management system and developed a MOOC system for Fourah Bay College in 2009 as part of his final year dissertation. He is also the lead developer of the Office of National Security (ONS) Early Warning Early Response Software System. He has developed other software for private institutions ranging from Petroleum Distribution Management System, Human Resource Management System, Asset Management System and Micro-finance Management Systems. He coordinated and managed the translation of google into the Krio language (see www.google.com.sl) during his tenure as lecturer at Fourah Bah College together with the linguistics department.
