Provide technical, strategic and policy advice on ICT matters and the implementation of various ICT solutions and interventions on work processes and other related matters across MDAs:1. Oversee research on potential technology solutions and implementations in support of opportunities and new initiatives;2. Manage and oversee the required interfaces between research and ICT development and implementation;3. Ensure the delivery and operation of integrated systems and interconnection of Government network information systems;4. Benchmark, analyze, report and recommend improvement of the ICT infrastructure and systems across the MDAs;5. Support the Director of Communication and the E-Government Coordinator (MoIC) to develop and maintain enterprise systems architecture, defining standards and protocol for data exchange, communications, software and interconnecting Government network information systems;6. Perform other duties within the scope and intent of the job, as may be assigned from time to time.
