• Responsible for handling customer’s requests for any returns, while maintaining customer satisfaction. These responsibilities included but are not limited to the following:
• Resolving customer’s issues with Fechheimer products.
• Creating and processing Return Authorizations in Epicor.
• Entering any reorders, a customer may have for a new Fechheimer product.
• Responsible for issuing credit to customers, via account credit, credit cards, or PayPal.
• Answering the phones and directing calls to appropriate departments.
