Hello my name is Fallon Mendes. Some of you may know me as Fallon Hookailo. I have been practicing physical therapy for 9 years I work for a physical therapy practice in Kapolei, HI where one-on-one connection with the patient is my priority. With this philosophy my patients achieve quicker success and often exceed their expectations. I use very little modalities and focus on form and full range of motion of joints and dynamic stability. The exercises and stretches I use are functional and address the individual and their activity level as well as their body.Sessions are one hour in length with me for the duration of treatment. I am an avid learner and take courses beyond, which is required by the state of California/Hawaii for renewing license.
