I have been working in the Strength and Conditioning field for 3 years now and the single best part of it is working with people and changing their lives. Whether it's signing somebody up to the gym and encouraging them to come for months until they start coming themselves or figuring out how to run a fun and safe class that is beyond capacity, there is always a new challenge everyday. Some of my achievements so far are:- Creating and running a StrongFit Program that Produced 30+ personal records in the Back Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press- Coaching classes of 20-30+ members at a time and making it fun and safe- Nutrition Coaching, getting clients down 10 lbs and keeping them there- Creating Whittier Barbell Club, a small club/business where gym members can train Olympic Weightlifting.
