• Provide data analysis for business unit headcount forecasting, review of actual vs. projected site seating capacity, and interpretation of space planning for 2MM sq. sf. of space (including office, laboratory, manufacturing, utility, and warehouse) spanning throughout 57 buildings.• Manage daily space planning operations including allocating workspace and locker assignments for traditional offices and BMS WorkPlace Flexible Neighborhoods.• Supervise the MAC management team to coordinate the scheduling and execution of weekly site moves and small/large business unit relocation projects.• Collaborate with BMS WorkPlace strategies team to develop Flexible Neighborhood standards including gathering business unit current/forecasted headcounts, identifying crucial department realignments and adjacencies, creating restack strategy blocking plans, and managing move logistics for implementation.• Produce conceptual drawings, test fits, blocking/stacking plans and presentations to suggest workspace improvements in response to client's immediate/future business needs and implement strategies for achieving savings and cost avoidance goals.• Create monthly Completed Moves reports, site utilization reports, furniture work order tracking reports and review of site space audit reports.• Assisted with leading the transition of client’s former CAFM system (FM: Systems) to develop and roll-out new CAFM system (Tango) throughout all BMS sites.• Support the maintenance of CAFM/IMWS system including space data validations, updating architectural drawings in AutoCAD, applying poly-lining methodologies and standards (BOMA), and conducting field surveys.
