Currently we are selling bamboo straws as our first product, in an attempt to help consumers move away from single use plastic straws. - member of youth-led coordination team, organizing all aspects of youth related programming for the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) World Conservation Congress (WCC) 2020 Youth Summit including pre-WCC engagement, logistics and communications- responsible for facilitating integrative and comprehensive intergenerational dialogues of multiple international organizations and stakeholders - This Youth Summit will bring together approximately 400 young people (up to 35 years of age) from member organizations around the world and the host country (France) in order to empower youth to influence policy and other conservation dialogues.

The Canadian Conservation Corps is a government funded program that selects 10 passionate and environmentally engaged youth (per cohort) from across the country to work with national leaders in conservation. The program entails a 3-6 month work placement with an affiliated organization and the completion of a conservation related outreach/service project in their local communities.

- Reviewed literature and government records to create a survey which was distributed to farmers to elucidate their perceptions of agricultural sustainability- Analyzed, reported and presented results demonstrating that farmers have a strong understanding of the concept of environmental sustainability, but feel like they do not have adequate information to successfully implement conservative farming management practices- Provided suggestions on how to improve farmer confidence and government involvement in sustainable agriculture education
