As a manager of a store that is trending to do 10 million dollars in 2016 I am responsible first for the experience of our customers. This includes coaching and managing staff to provide superior customer service, monitoring stock and receiving continuing brand education. Other duties include opening and closing the store, store operations, handling large sums of money and creating plans to meet/exceed store budget goals.

As a manager of a store raking in 3.4 million dollars in 2015 I am responsible first for the experience of our customers. This includes coaching and managing staff to provide superior customer service, monitoring stock and receiving continuing brand education. Other duties include opening and closing the store, store operations, handling large sums of money and creating plans to meet/exceed store budget goals.

Field incoming phone calls and e-mails in regard to title insurance, closing dates and questions/concerns from realtors, lenders and customers. Prepare documents for closing, assist an escrow closer in the preparation of multiple closings per day, deposit large sums of money, and ensure a positive experience before the closing, at the closing table and after the closing.

Alongside a co-teacher, lead 13-15 two-year-olds through a day of educational experiences and physical exercises. Plan and execute weekly lesson plans based upon the children's capabilities and future goals. Help further the educational, social and physical skills of all children under our care.

Perform point-of-sale duties including handling cash, cheques and credit cards, promoting sales/promotions and striving to create a relationship with each customer. Provide valuable customer service in an efficient manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Expected to perform opening and closing manager duties, including making bank deposits, interpreting daily numbers and scheduling any necessary meetings. Aid in inventory management to ensure items are readily available for consumers. Designate tasks to brand representatives to complete daily task list. Provide a well designed and equal schedule for employees of Justice for Girls Oak Park.
