As the WBD Lead Content Counsel for Asia, Sports, and Latam, I leveraged my extensive experience and expertise in the entertainment industry and media law (news) to provide strategic legal and business solutions while mitigating risks for the global news.I have over 20 years of experience negotiating and drafting agreements in media and entertainment, advertising, and technology, in English and Spanish, covering a wide range of entertainment industry transactions, such as talent, production, distribution, programming, digital media, and merchandising.I lead the innovation and transformation of legal services for WBD global platforms, collaborating with the AI team to conceive and build the first ever machine learning bot for a global IP process. This project demonstrates my passion for technology and innovation, as well as my commitment to enhancing the efficiency and quality of legal services. Additionally, I have a strong business acumen and a global perspective, having completed business certificates from Instituto De Empresa in Spain, and a legal certificate Fordham Law in New York. I studied at George Washington University Master's program for law firm management, and I graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with a scholarship. I also served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Gierbolini at the Federal District Court of Puerto Rico. I grew up in London (UK) attending schools through high school in London and in Switzerland.
