About Federico Amprimo

I am a senior executive with strong experience leading people and using data, advanced analytics and technology as catalysts to innovate and digitally transform companies. I have more than 20 years of experience, as general manager and director of business units, launching new businesses and products, as well as leading multifunctional and geographically distributed teams in the services, finance and technology industries in several Latin American countries and the U.S.I am a teacher on digital transformation and data, in the executive education and in-house training programs at the University of Lima, UTEC, UCAL and Pacifico Business School. Previously, I taught about key indicators and decision making in the digital marketing management program at Pacifico Business School, and about strategic management in the digital economy and business plan in the MBA-IT program of the University of Lima.I have an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Lima. I know about Python, SQL, Java, Objective-C, Swift and VBA. I am certified in SCRUM and have been facilitating sessions with agile teams in the use of methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup.I was a South American rowing champion, awarded with the Peruvian Sports Laurels. I am a history fan and have been a technology enthusiast since I was 9 years old when I discovered my passion for programming and the potential it has to positively impact people.
