I am responsible for developing and implementing the global company brand strategy for the Challenge Power Transmission group, who specialise in the manufacture and supply of power transmission products.My responsibilities include:- Developing and updating the company brand and image through designing packaging, promotional flyers and catalogues, social media and online items, exhibition stands, printed media publications and any other medium as required.- Developing new designs and ideas for all areas of our marketing.- Liaising with team members and suppliers to develop promotional items from the initial designs through to the final artwork for manufacture.- Taking photographs of products and any other items that are used in our promotional material, including all photo editing.- Organising exhibition stands if the exhibition takes place in east asia, or supporting local branches for exhibitions in their local own areas.- Assisting to resolve any issues relating to the manufacture of items where the designs and artwork have been supplied by Challenge.- Generating 3D artwork to show the correct packaging methods for our products.- Maintaining internal documents related to our standard designs and promotional items. - Managing the digital archive that has been generated over the last 35 years and ensuring that the correct artwork is used for each project.- Assisting with the upkeep and development of the ChallengePT websites and social media outlets.- Supporting other members of the Challenge team with graphical design requests.
