In my current role, I am responsible for managing a team of 18 consultants and developers, overseeing all aspects of their work including project planning, resource allocation, and performance management. I have taken a lead role in business development activities, working closely with key customers to identify opportunities, present solutions, write proposals, estimate projects, and negotiate contracts.Additionally I've taken responsibility of project managing some key projects like EBS upgrades and the development of mission critical solutions.
