• Recruitment of Marketing, Strategy and HR positions (mainly focus on Middle-High level positions in MNC & P7-P9 positions in Internet Companies)• Responsible for clients of Consumer Goods, Retail, Cosmetics and Internet industries, including communicating with HRM and hiring managers• Interact with senior candidates, to identify, assess and qualify prospective candidates and develop information on potential candidates from sources, for the purpose of specific search engagements

• Responsible for the recruitment of the East & South Region, including retail positions (Beauty Advisor, Counter Chief, etc.), professional positions (SCT, MUA, etc.), and middle-senior positions (City Supervisor, Area Sales Manager, etc.)• End-to-end recruitment life cycle management, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, arranging the interviews, offering, reference check and supporting the monthly on boarding and training program• Design the recruitment strategy according to the annual plan, maintain good relationship with the hiring managers and hr manager• Build up the candidate pool and polish the mapping list of the market• Leaving Reason：get ready for the Post-Graduate abroad, but canceled cause COVID-19.

- Focus on Food & Beverage, Retail, Cosmetics Industry and other consumer goods related Industries, especially in Sales & Marketing Function.

• Responsible for the industry research and information collecting and filing, mainly in FMCG, Retail, Cosmetics Industry• Select and match candidates for assignments including potential candidate management, managing the interview processes, salary negotiations, reference check and etc;• Effectively interact with accounts to maintain the good relationship and achieve the recruiting targets; • Meet and exceed all key performance indicators such as monthly revenue targets, client and candidate activities and so on.Leaving Reason：company structure adjustment

• Searching and sourcing for best-fit candidates through cold-calls, Linkedin, Database, telephone screening and so on• Communicate with clients to get a deep understanding of the Job Description, requirement needs and more background information• Arrange telephone or F2F interviews with candidates to assess candidates' suitability before the shortlist- Arrange and follow the whole interview progress between clients and candidates- Manage expectation of clients and candidates to close assignment successfully, including the offer negotiation and other related matters- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates- Mapping all the target companies if necessary, provide professional consultation on employment markets- Complete other related tasks, including recommendation reports, updating database. etc.Leaving Reason：for better career development
