The organization is active in peace building activities and launched a three-year international project in Ivory Coast, targeting 1.5 million of beneficiaries.My role was to provide my co-workers with a daily assistance and coordination between the Geneva headquarter and the operational office in Abidjan. My duties also covered fundraising strategy, communication and administration. - Project management: Supporting the implementation of an international programme in Ivory Coast, Daily coordination between the headquarter in Geneva / the operational office in Abidjan, Budget monitoring (1.3 million CHF), Conception of educational materials (Peace-education training booklet), Final report redaction- Fundraising: Setting-up the annual fundraising plan, Prospecting for public and private lessors: foundations, town halls, individuals, Reporting and relationships management with lessors, Funding requests, concept notes and cover letters redaction, Researching sponsors for an event- Communication: Updating and improving communication materials, Emailing (newsletters, events invitations), Public & international relations management.- Executive: Visa requests management, Database running (Outlook)
