Biggest indirect categories to manage are Marketing & Communication and Supply Chain• HQ: Focus on Marketing & Communication category: production, advertising, digital, CSR, events• For both, supported Maisons’ operations applying internal purchasing policy from identification ofthe needs, scoring offers to negotiation and suppliers relationship management• Built strategies per category and/or markets linked with the global purchasing roadmap and vision• Sourcing and mapping of agencies in all fields in order to stay alert on the market and bring addedvalue and recommendations once a project is identified• Risk Management and audits• Processes and trainings to internal departments• Team work locally, regionally or globally on projects with LVMH and it’s Maisons

• In charge of purchasing categories for APAC region with a specialty in Travel Management (indirect procurement categories: Transportation & Logistics, Marketing & Communication, IT, General Expenses, HR, Sustainability)• Support HQ team to promote worldwide master agreements internally • Build internal coordination with all Maisons to enhance mutual aid and purchasing processes • Bidding & Project Management: Handle regional/local initiatives at a group level to support common interest from LVMH Maisons• Supplier Relationship Management
