✨ 75 % designer and 25 % lawyer is how I usually present myself to new people. My passion is to explore ways to use design thinking to make things better - in the legal industry and in life in general. I love the process of figuring out, together with the users, what their needs are, sketching on ideas, prototyping and making sure the ideas take form into real life. Perhaps there is a little bit of aspiring product manager in me as well?Working with new stuff and change is not always easy or fun. My strength lies in maintaining clarity during the often chaotic phases of a project questioning "how things has always been done". I help navigate challenges collaboratively and manage ambiguity during the project. Ultimately, I care about ensuring that any solutions are not just ideas on paper, but are successfully implemented and make a real impact.During my years at Fondia, I've worked with a variety of different projects related to legal tech and design. For example taking document automation into use, enhancing internal processes and, most recently, the development of the new MyFondia, our platform where companies can identify legal risks, work with their lawyers on their assignments and learn about legal issues. 📚 I'm currently completing my MSc in International Design Business Management at Aalto University. My master's thesis research is focused on legal design and its applications. Besides majoring in design management, I'm doing a minor in strategic marketing. I’m passionate about learning—whether it’s mastering design methods, exploring new software, diving into legal issues, or trying something hands-on like digital drawing, sourdough baking, or even knitting. The list here could be long. 🏔️ After business hours, I'm hanging out with my family and friends, out trail running or making sourdough bread.✉️ If you want to catch up with me, please contact me at fanny.skult(a)gmail.com
