During my career at Fondia, I have completed assignments in the fields of international and national commercial law, contract law, company law, labor law, general business law and real estate law. Throughout my career at Fondia, I have also been involved in sales and for the last 5 years I have led the Finnish sales and sales team consisting of 6 lawyers. At Ernst & Young, I led the Corporate Law unit, where I was responsible for a team of 13 lawyers. My responsibility included sales, marketing and development of legal services, as well as sparring and instructing lawyers in their assignments. In addition, I act as a legal expert in various client assignments.

At Algol, my area of responsibility was all the group's legal matters in ten countries (Finland, Scandinavia, Baltics, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus); e.g. contract matters and contract administration, real estate and zoning matters, legal advice, guidance and training, litigation, corporate law matters, corporate restructuring, Corporate Governance and group rules. In addition, I was responsible for various operational development projects, the real estate unit, and liability and transport insurance. As Algol's chief legal officer, I got to know three very different industries; medicines, health care and diagnostics as one, chemicals as the second and technical trade, mainly large project deliveries such as warehouse automation, as the third.In my activities on the boards of our subsidiaries, I was in close cooperation with the CEOs and members of the management teams of our various companies. My main achievements at Algol as the group's first lawyer were the creation and marketing of a lawyer position within the company, guiding and harmonizing the drafting of contracts, drafting model contracts, creating an electronic contract management and archiving system, and creating Corporate Governance regulations. As a member of Algol's management team, I was actively developing the functions of our service organization. As the head of the real estate unit, I was responsible for Algol's real estate and related legal issues at the entire group level. As a contract lawyer for the fuel unit (year 1995–2000), I was responsible for contract, real estate, environmental and permit matters, real estate transactions, information notices, encumbrances, expropriations and legal training. As a project manager (year 2001–2002) I worked in the development of the dealer concept, dealer recruitment and reorganization of dealer financing.
