- Payroll related and Client centric Operation.- Acts as first point of Escalation and Communication for Clients and Payroll Partners.- Leads Pre-Payroll, Live-Payroll, and Post-Payroll meetings and calls with Clients and Payroll Partners to ensure positive monthly Payroll status.- Familiar with Client and Partner/TPV contracts.- Manage Business Requirements from Clients and prepare Change Requests to meet Client Requirements.- Manage Root Cause Analysis to ensure details are accurate and feasible preventive measures are suggested to limit recurrence.- Manage Queries and Incidents from Clients and Payroll Partners and follow appropriate procedures for resolution.- Manage operational incidents, analysing their origin and fixing them.- Responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution Workbook.- Provide support and guidance during Implementations & Go-Live and to conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions for Clients and Payroll Partners.

- Monitors inbound and outbound interface results between NGA systems, Client & Third Party Vendors (hrX).- Determines Root Cause Analysis of failures and work with the Client, TPV, NGA GT&AS and/or Products team on the preventive action (hrX).- Supports Clients/TPV on HRIS system data input.- Regression, Change Request and New release testing of hrX.- Transformation and innovation, perform assessment of risk and impact in BAU accounts, required adjustment and testing prior to the deployment of the solution in production.- hrX new release and functional testing.- Project support during implementation Phase (UAT testing and data mapping configuration, support in process definition).- Communicates the status of inbound/outbound data to the corresponding teams.- Processing of Mass Uploads & Master Data in hrX.
