Working as a qualified Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCAI)• As a Licensed Cisco trainer, serving as a liaison with Cisco on behalf of the Cisco Networking Academy.• Responsible for the design and development of all course materials and learning resources in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, animation, and multimedia to support the unique teaching and learning of young learners.• Ensuring compliance with current requirements put forth by Cisco and community partners, including attending workshops, conferences, and training.

• Installing and configuring server/client computer systems.• Managing LAN/WAN infrastructures.• Providing technical support on-site or via remote access systems.• Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults.• Responding to technical support calls from Pearson VUE and the Prometric testing center support team.

•Assisting in updating and maintaining the Computer & Network Lab.• Setting up labs and equipment per Trainer’s requests using various networking equipment (switches, routers, APs & servers).• Operating and assisting students within lab outside of class hours with assignments.
