Foreign Students Services (FSS) - Premier Testing Center Founded in 2009, Foreign Students Services (FSS) is a leading educational testing center in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir. We pride ourselves on being the region's most advanced and trusted provider of internationally accredited testing services for students and professionals. Our journey began with a partnership with the London Institute of Management and Technology (LIMT), and over the years, we have expanded to form strategic alliances with prestigious organizations such as City & Guilds, Prometric, PSI, BeingCert, Kryterion, and LanguageCert.
