Being a member of the finance and the product team to assist in-• Preparing financial statements. • Analyzing profit and loss general accounts. • Balance sheet account reviews and bank reconciliation. • Prepare detailed reports for BMW Asia regarding the dealer’s financial results (IFC) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. • Working with BMW Asia in the development and implementation of Dealer Benchmarking Systems (DBS).• General ledger management, participating in budget preparation.• Presenting monthly and annual financials to the internal audit team co-ordinate timely audit of financial statements.• Preparing and filing VAT returns and ensuring the payments on a monthly basis.• Maintaining liaison with the bank regarding loan sanction processes.• Fund management based on sales forecasts and actual cash flows.• Analyze business operations, sales trends, market dynamics, costs, and financial commitments to determine business growth potential.• Working with the sales team to offer custom vehicle specifications and pricing in alignment with customer needs.• Formulate installment pricing strategies.• Apply learnings and experiences to streamline the sales process.• Manage the sales pipeline by reporting probabilities to the sales delivery arm.• Maintaining the product database. • Reporting to BMW Asia regarding sales volume planning, retail, production forecast, inventory management, and stock aging on a weekly and monthly basis.• Prepare product pricing- both before production (ex-ante) and after vehicle arrival (ex-post). • Initiate promotional events (e,g. Product launching ceremonies.) • Prepare stock and custom vehicle specifications in coordination with the sales team. • Formulate sales support claims for BMW Asia for costs incurred in the marketing and sales process.• Submitting new product orders to BMW Asia.
