Responsibilities:• Collect monthly reports from all sales teams, maintain a database of the HOT inquiries, and prepare a sales forecast summary report.• Managing and coordinating all sales related activities, documentation & sales process and follow up on sales agreement before delivery.• Prepare DO, create customer ID, SO, product sample issue & sample return in SAP software and process as per customer checklist for invoice.• Prepare a statement on monthly TA/DA bills of all sales & recovery teams (By G-Track App), dealer & brokerage commission, against all monthly deliveries and coordinate with F & A Team for payments.• Collect all requisitions of MR Book, Visiting Card, ID Card and Promotional items for activities etc. from regions and submit to concerned department.✓ Data Management: Update and maintain the sales database regularly. ✓ Accurately enter customer information, sales orders, and relevant details.✓ Keep track of sales activities, including calls, emails, and meetings.✓ Process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.✓ Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries, order status updates, and product Information.✓ Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales proposals.✓ Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Responsibilities:• Prepare and maintain all kind of documents as per required checklist.• Prepare all relevant papers and statements needed for documentation Process.• Prepare and submit documents as per requirements.• Provide necessary support to procurement related work.• Data entry and general office works.• Ensuring security of all documents related responsibility. A part from this all kinds of document-related work such as Trade License, Environment License, Fire License, and VAT Challan, etc.
