Information Technology Administration
Current- Responsible for administration role of the IT Division :Organize meetings, appointments, and team events.Organize and file technical manuals, reports, and project documentation.Track and manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventories.Assist in audits and compliance checks.Assist in onboarding new employees with IT equipment and access.Provide ad hoc data required by IT Department Head- Responsible for finance role of the IT Division :Develop and prepare the IT budget, forecasting costs for hardware, software, services, and personnel.Track and monitor IT expenditures against the budget.Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments to vendors.Reconcile accounts payable transactions with vendor statements.Review and process employee expense reports for reimbursement.Monitor accounts payable aging reports and forecast cash needs for upcoming payments.Collaborate with internal team to resolve discrepancies invoice problem.Track and manage the financial aspects of IT assets, including depreciation and lifecycle costs.- Responsible for procurement role of the IT Division :Gather input on specifications for hardware, software, and services.Research potential vendors and suppliers to identify suitable options.Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to potential suppliers.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors to achieve the best value.Create and issued Purchase Requisition (PR) & Purchase Order (PO)- Responsible for helpdesk role of the IT Division :Assist with modest software and hardware issues, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.Assist users with network connectivity issues, including VPN access and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation for common issues.Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams or vendors when necessary
