• Responsible for stimulating an environment for innovation and Social Entrepreneurship and supporting the commercial activities of Startups associated with the University.• Supervise Project activities, Startups activities, evaluating progress through outputs and impact using both quantitative and qualitative data, in analysis and taking appropriate action as needed to ensure continued progress.• Manage the Project budget and ensure all expenses are according to project and meet the standards with regard to financial management• Development of networks and clusters- establish community (site) events and programs to create better collaboration and relations between industry, academia and relevant stakeholders• To proactively develop Entrepreneurship as a skill through initiatives for both academia and industry (working with existing University of Chester and stakeholder’s courses/programs that complement this skill development).• To co-ordinate and manage market research and social research projects and tasks of varying complexity either independently or as part of a team. • Proactively supporting business propositions and the commercialization process of business incubator and spin-out companies.• To produce high quality and accurate research reports in MS Word and PowerPoint• To deal with speculative enquiries and to interpret requirements of a research specification/RFQ/RFP • To write and design questionnaires to meet research objectives with consultation of clients
