Support activities and projects that control, optimize and transform technology and operations with an emphasis on product setup, inventory and pricing of a high volume of 2,000 products, and is responsible for maintaining commerce and subscription management databases.

Develop statistical forecast and manage inventory planning for multi-temperature finished goods.Upkeep high forecast accuracy and good inventory management practice to ensure optimum stock keeping and consistent product supply to the market.Close interaction with key stakeholders tounderstand market intelligence, promotion mechanics, and supply plans, to reflect inforecasting model and inventory plan.Close monitoring of inventory supply status andprovide prompt alert/communication for actions.Lead and collaborate closely with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on futureprojections, inventory strategies, and planning for optimum inventory management within the system.Weekly reporting and planning review with internal stakeholders to share performance, event, projection, opportunity, risk, concern, and action for continuous inventory improvement.Monthly review and reporting of slow-moving and obsolete products for action.Ownership to follow through on incidences andprovide timely clear communication till closure.

To forecast, analyse and creates purchase orders (POs) based on Vendors/Supplier’s leadtime and product demands in order to meet customers’ order (Government Health Sector). Also to maintain First Expiry First Out (FEFO) system.To ensure no backorder, adequate buffer stocks and rolling stocks are all within Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements all time.Responsible to follow-up closely with Suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries to premise and also Supplier’s ex-stock / buffer availability are sufficient to cater customers order.Experience in Business Intelligence, Procurement system and Oracle Application (SAP).Have been exposed with local and MNC supplier for drugs and medical device. Also manage for Nett Delivered items to east Malaysia.
