CurrentSAP Testing Strategy and Management Lead:As the SAP Testing Strategy and Management Lead at K-Electric, I developed and executed a comprehensive testing strategy for a $9M SAP S/4 HANA upgrade, aligning it with the company's $1.8B objectives. I created detailed test plans, managed test execution through Unit and System Integration Testing (SIT1,2), & UAT, and ensured comprehensive coverage while maintaining transparency with stakeholders. I configured SAP Cloud ALM for test management, contributing to significant time savings during a 35TB data migration Conversion Testing. I also onboarded and trained 219 testers, managed roles and permissions, and streamlined the testing process through targeted training.To monitor progress, I utilized Cloud ALM analytics and developed dashboards for defect tracking, holding daily status meetings to keep stakeholders informed. I implemented and enforced defect management processes, training 260 IT and business partners and ensuring efficient defect resolution. Quality assurance was maintained by establishing standards for SAP Cloud ALM testing, ensuring thorough execution, documentation, and validation.Change Management Lead:In my role as Change Management Lead, I developed and implemented an Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy to drive employee adoption and maximize ROI for K-Electric’s technology upgrade, preparing 650 employees through targeted training.SAP Cloud ALM Lead:As the SAP Cloud ALM Implementation Lead, I spearheaded Pakistan's first Cloud ALM implementation, overseeing project plans, solution design, system administration, and training. I designed the SAP Cloud ALM solution, managed system administration, and resolved technical issues to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, I implemented testing strategies, delivered training programs, and created comprehensive documentation. I have provided ongoing support and collected user feedback to drive continuous improvement of the ALM solution.
