Working closely with various teams to ensure that we met the bill's requirements. I also oversaw the implementation of two crucial sub-projects: Consent Management and Data Beneficiary addition.2. This project involved transitioning from the expensive OpenText TeamSite to a cost-effective, yet highly secure and scalable, free content management system (CMS).3. Partner Collaboration (IOCL, Accor, Grow Tree): I played a pivotal role in a project focused on conversion. My responsibilities included frontend design, implementing notifications, and managing data integrity. I also established a robust backend system to address failed accrual scenarios. These contributions enhanced user experiences, ensured data integrity, and supported marketing campaigns, ultimately driving the project's success.4. Domain Migration: Led a strategic domain migration initiative aligned with the organization's cost reduction goals, transitioning independent resource domains to sub-domains. Responsibilities included gathering requirements, conducting cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and project planning. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless data migration, maintain SEO rankings, and achieve compliance. The project resulted in significant cost savings, improved website and app performance, and a streamlined digital presence.5. 5. Integrating real time activity App Notification: successfully integrated real-time app notifications through Clevertap. My role included requirements gathering, data analysis, documentation, collaboration with developers, testing, and performance monitoring.
