Extensive experience in FCPA/UK Bribery Act and Compliance matters, including the implementation of Compliance Programs in sanctioned companies – both by the DOJ/SEC and the World Bank Group.Specialized in the development and implementation of compliance programs in Latin America in companies in stressful situations, with experience not only in Brazil but also in Mexico, Peru, Colombia and Chile. Currently working in developing Goodyear's compliance program for LATAM region. Additional work with Transparency International as the Brazilian Expert Respondent, responsible for the annual preparation of Transparency International's OECD Progress Report in connection with Brazil, and published author in 4 different compliance related books.
