Systems design and architecture - sometimes by myself, others through collaborative influence. Are also part of my schedule to have 1:1s on a weakly basis with the development team, mentoring, giving feedback, preparing periodic performance reviews, and interviewing engineers. Moreover, something I enjoy doing is to enhance processes (agility, engineering, hiring, and quality assurance). I'm used to discussing roadmap, objectives,and KPIs with PMs and POs. I also partake in development within the team, yet the principal role of mine is to get context and give guidance both on respect to business and technology. These are techs that I work with daily: TypeScript, AWS, Docker, Linux, DDD, CI/CD.

I integrated the conversation technologies team in the Research department. Our mission was to create cutting edge technology for the next generation of chatbots and corporate solutions. We had to deal together with semantical understanding and intentions purposed by chatbots. There had been a mixing of expertise, from math, graphs, algorithms, text processing, interfaces, data processing, and backend engineering. One of our main achievements was to create an experiment wherein the user could interact with three different chatbots who played characters from a classical literature book.
