-> Proactively identifying and removing any blockers or impediments that could hamper the project's delivery during implementation.-> Regularly supervising the Jira board to keep track of all tasks and progress made by the scrum team, ensuring timely delivery of the project.-> Co-ordinate with the development team to implement solutions, take ownership of the project from the ground up, and ensure successful delivery-> Participate in agile ceremonies, create reports on project progress, and contribute to sprint review and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.-> Conduct root cause analysis and provide alternative solutions to ensure the feasibility of the project.->Assist in preparing project documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), System Requirement Specifications (SRSs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), and User Stories.
