Current position is as the National VP of Facilities Operations at Prospect Medical Systems supporting a large group of employees. In this role I lead and manage the day to day activities, operations, budgeting, TJC ongoing prepardness and construction projects along with the development/implementation of new standarized processes supporting plant maintenance, while utilizing or implementing streamline processes toward eleminating waste for 18 hospitals.
