Based in LeasePlan's head office in Sandyford. Managing all LeasePlan's short and long term hires under the Thrifty and Europcar umbrella country wide. This involves the timely logistics in collection and delivery of all rental vehicles to LeasePlan customers. Organising ad hoc rentals for unforeseen instances such as accidents and breakdowns. Monitoring LeasePlan's billing, constantly making sure all of our invoices are correctly and billed in a timely manner. Making sure individual credit/debit notes are issued within the specified timeframe As the largest leasing and fleet management company in the country LeasePlan demand quality at all times.

Essentially a face to face inbound sales role. Grassroots up selling; building rapport and prospecting customers to qualify their needs, offering the correct products to the correct customers every time. Practising price discrimination to maximise profits. Managing multiple clients at once both in person and on the phone in the bustling office site. Thriving and performing in the high pressure and often stressful environment. While role often involved indiscriminate ruthlessness at times my manner was never anything less than friendly and light-hearted, both with customers and colleagues.

Working with customers who were predominantly but not limited to foreign nationality tourists. Role involved finding the best tours and breaks throughout Ireland that would offer that customer the most wholesome experience while visiting Ireland. The key to this position was to make sure customers were receiving the best package for themselves, if customers felt that they had booked a bespoke package this would most often alleviate any cognitive dissonance. This was of the upmost importance as regularly customers would book 3 or 4 tours during their week long stay in Dublin.
