After graduating from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, I jump started my career by going to work in Strategy at Spark Foundry servicing Barbie. At Spark, I learned the essentials of media planning and market research. Our strategy led to a huge year for Barbie and an increase in sales for Mattel. While I enjoyed Strategy, my true calling is Analytics. I jumped at the possibility of working at Initiative with one of my mentors and ended up as the Lead Analyst on CB2 & Massachusetts Financial Services. During my time at Initiative I have been given an amazing opportunity to grow as a young professional. I lead out on all reporting presentations and have become adept with data visualization utilizing Tableau. I will continue to grow as an analyst & a marketer, and am excited to see how the industry evolves.
