Manager Production Sterile.i) Looking production and packaging operations of following areas:1) SVP (liquid ampoules)2) LVP (100ml Infusions)3) BFS (Plastic Respules & Ampoules)4) Ceph-Sterile (Powder Filling in Vials)5) General Dry Powder Filling in Vials i.e. Artisunate etc. ii) QMS related documentation i.e. SOPs, logbooks, change controls, deviations, CAPAs etc. iii) Provide trainings on GMP, GDP and SOPs to concerned staff. iv) Involved with MMD for the Misc. items required in production areas.

Following Responsibilities:1) Manage the whole sections of Sterile Lyophilization and Eye Drop which includes: i) Manufacturing Operations ii) Filling Operations iii) Optical Inspection of Lyophilized Vials2) Attend meetings related to daily and monthly production plan. 3) Manage CAPA, Deviation and Change Control related to both areas. 4) Effective management of preventive maintenance of all machines. 5) Conduct Quality Risk Assessment (QRM) through FMEA of both areas critical processes. 6) Developing team with emphasis on their technical skills regarding asepic manufacturing practices. 7) Manage monthly trainings of staff and conduct GMP trainings including ALCOA on regular basis. 8) Coordinate with HSE team to improve compliance and safety measures. 9) Involve in Self-Inspection of both areas for improvement purpose. 10) Lead and manage audit (internal and external) of both areas. 11) Manage SOPs & documents (logbooks) of both areas.

Assistant Manager Production-Sterile:1- Supervise Manufacturing of sterile injectable solutions i.e. Flagyl, Avil, Lasix, Lincocin etc.2- Supervise areas of Vials washing, depyrogenation and filling operations of Sterile area.3- Supervise optical inspection & packaging operations of sterile area.4- Deviation, Change Control, Risk Assessment & CAPA handling of Sterile area.

Assistant Manager Production-Sterile:1- Supervise Manufacturing of sterile injectable solutions i.e. Flagyl, Avil, Lasix, Lincocin etc.2- Supervise areas of Vials washing, depyrogenation and filling operations of Sterile area.3- Supervise optical inspection & packaging operations of sterile area.4- Deviation, Change Control, Risk Assessment & CAPA handling of Sterile area.

Following responsibilities:1- Supervise complete section of Cephalosporin Sterile (Powder Injections). 2- Supervise and Involved in Area & Machines Qualification & Validation activities of Ceph-sterile area.3- Prepare SOPs & Logbooks of all areas. 4- Supervise and involved in Media Fill Simulation activities of Ceph-sterile area.5- Supervise and involved in filling of stability batches of cephalosporin powder injections.6- Supervise Metered Dose Inhalers (MDIs) Filling & Packaging sections.7- Supervise Insulin Manufacturing, Filling and Packaging areas.8- Supervise DPI (Dry Powder Inhaler) Packaging section.9- Prepared all Environmental risks, impact & their control in Cephalosporins Sterile Facility.10- Involved and perform training of all Ceph-sterile staff for SOPs.11- Prepared Risk Assessment through FMEA for Cephalosporin Sterile Facility.12- Involved in FAT, SAT, IQ, PQ, OQ and all other validation activities of Cephalosporin and Carbapenam Sterile sections.13- Supervise whole section of Insulin (sterile area) including: i) Manufacturing of Insulin ii) Filling and Sealing of Insulin in Vials iii) Optical Inspection of filled Insulin Vials iv) Packaging of Insulin filled vials14- Responsibility for Posting of all BMRs and BPRs of filled batches in SAP.15- Manage and update calibration of Magnehelic & Photohelic Gauges, Hygrometers, Weighing Balances and Dead Weights of the respective areas and maintain their records (calibration certificates).16- Involved and Responsible for all Internal & External Audits.
