• Responsible for the planning and distributions from UAE for all other enterprises of red dot distribution and customers worldwide. Jebel Ali Dubai; being logistics hub, my role is to manage local Dubai operations, Land Transport Contractors as well as manage supply chain for the East Africa region. Performing a short and long-term analysis, prognosis and action plan for the regional product category based on KPIs for price, lead time, quality, sustainability and capacity to achieve global product category goals: growth and profitability in a sustainable way;• Managing transport contractors, warehouse, procurement, distribution, stocks and stock audits worth over 20 million USD;• Managing economically efficient alliance with logistics partners and managing distribution while ensuring the application of HSE standards and policies;• Managing accuracy for imports, exports, local inbound, outbound shipments and closely monitoring the documentation, customs, shipping lines, land transports, Customs and free zone authorities;• Implementing sourcing strategies to provide company competitive advantage in the areas of materials supplies and services. Research, evaluate and procure services, supplies and equipment based on price, service, quality and warranty to meet the needs and Coordinate with QC for Quality rejection issues and ensure the replacements;• Evaluating and summarizing seasonal and annual KPI results together with the Head of Supply Chain.• Based on seasonal and annual KPI summary, developing a sustainable three-year plan for the supply chain of the country/region and set new seasonal and annual goals;• Identifying supply chain discrepancies and supporting supply chain team on actions to correct causes, communicate findings and deviations to the Chief Operating Officer and the Global Supply Chain Head.• Supporting in securing processes and business methods so that these are set, clearly communicated and implemented in the teams;

• Abundantly responsible for managing the Nizwa base as all the projects and callouts running under Nizwa base was being managed on budget and meeting the PDO, ISO and QHSE standards;• Responsible for keeping all the extra assets, drivers and operators functional and engaged either on callout or short-term contracts;• Managing projects and providing supply chain solutions worth over 6 million USD annually to several renowned organizations inclusive of 4 top-notch companies; Schlumberger, Cameron, British Petroleum and Gulf Energy;• Managing designated supervisors and providing profitable, smooth working environment for drivers, crews and technicians by keeping QHSE standards set by the management and clients;• Presenting KPI’s to the board of directors on time. Closely monitor tender submissions, contracts finalization and generating new avenues for the business and meeting budgets;• Visiting key clients to build relationships for identify their key needs and actively managing subcontractors to ensure that they perform in line with their contractual and legal agreements;• Conducting staff performance reviews, setting objectives and identifying employee training requirements.• Managing and maintaining fleet, manpower and approving payrolls of the contracts;• Human resource management (Camps/Food/PPE/Hazards awareness/Leave cycle) and trainings;• Planning and controlling fuel and several reports related to fleet and manpower;• Managing and tracking contracts and callout sales catalysing business development;• Managing and controlling projects - based financials and cash flow of the Nizwa base; and• With diversified job description, managing projects and behold the financial reporting for Nizwa base that has accommodated over 300 of fleet size and more than 200 manpower. As acting base manager, I was managing and controlling every remote activity linked to the operations. While achieving financial growth and human resource development.

• Worked on Inventory Module and set the inventory levels;• Supervising warehouse staff & dealing with logistics providers for scheduling the consignments;• Performing monthly stock takes;• Prepared Feasibility Report to assist the top management for developing self-owned logistics fleet;• Planning and initializing the logistics subdivision;• Managing movement and maintenance of fleet. Additionally, managing drivers and service crew;• Supervising fleet and providing the logistics support to other clients;• Managing staff accommodations and staff allowances; and• To do and report various other supply chain assignments assigned by HOD.

Pakistan

• Planning, executing and coordinating procurement process and related duties;• Involved in procurement of materials, products, and services;• Negotiating for the credit terms, rates strategic vetting, selection, the negotiation of contracts, actual purchasing of goods and closing the purchase; and• Keeping proper records and vendor management.
