Duties and responsibilities:-* Prepare BOQ, Tender documents, and detailed Estimation.* Prepare Schedule for the work.* Ensure quality of the work incorporating with site engineers* Give proper direction for the site engineers to complete a particular task in the sheduled time.* Oversee if any dependencies for the work* Inspection of the work using Structural drawings and Check list.* Making running bills for the completed work * Prepare weekly progress report.* participate in meetings with Client and Subcontractors.

Duties and responsibilities:-*Supervising the Labors and the work.* Execution of the work as per Structural drawings.*Ensure the quality of the work* Inspection of the work before pouring concrete.* Ensure the work as per specifications in the drawing.* Keeping the daily progress report.* Taking Samples of the concrete for Load test.* Conducting Slump test to check workability of the concrete* Record the test results for quality inspection.* Encourage Smart work rather than Hard work
