 Prepare estimation and technical proposal for ELV systems projects. Mainly focused on CCTV, Access Control, Structured cabling and AV systems. Prioritize enquiries and submit quotations on timely manner. To procure equipment, materials & systems complying toproject Quality and Specification requirements. Optimization of System & component selection to make quotecommercially & technically competitive. Keeping a track on the comparison in the product price,availability & technical specifications in orderto design thesolution as per the client requirements more effectively. Follow up with suppliers / sub-contractor to obtain quotationin time, clarify to all their queries. Arranging meeting with the vendors, distributors&partners to incorporate more support level to enhance thebusiness. All procurement process should comply with managementapproved procedures and policies with respect to time, costand quality. Meets with customers and vendors to identify potentialbarriers with resolutions that maximize production andminimize costs. Maintain and update the vendors, distributors& customer records

• Prepare estimation and technical proposal for ELV systems projects and coordinate with sales team for enquiries.• To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.• Provide equipment lists, price quotations and system proposals in response to customer requirements and sales opportunities.• To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.• Follow up with suppliers / sub-contractor to obtain quotation in time, clarify to all their queries.• Preparing price comparison sheet for each system and final cost summary.• Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stock availability in central stores and sub stores.• Manage all activities associated with project management. This includes managing or coordination with a team of Project Coordinators and Project Administrators.• All procurement process should comply with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost and quality.• Review project plans and specifications and comment on building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures.• Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team and client as well as effectively lead trades.• Meets with customers and vendors to identify potential barriers with resolutions that maximizer production and minimize costs.• Maintain company reputation & credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment.• Maintain and update the customer records and client on Salesforce including contracts and client contact details.• Keep track of tenders and proposals submitted on Salesforce.
