In this new role as a Software Architect, I have the honor of leading a team of developers, being responsible for defining the best technical approach for new implementations or migrations of legacy systems.Every day, I have the opportunity to be a key pillar in the development of people, supporting them with technical questions and providing constructive feedback to help them grow in their careers.I work closely with the business team, always striving to achieve the best results for the clients.My responsibilities include managing production and development environments, reviewing code in Pull Requests, supporting developers in complex deployments, testing new features of the Microsoft Power Platform, updating NuGet libraries and .NET projects, as well as administering our Azure subscription.

I was hired to lead the migration of a legacy CRM system, developed in C# .NET with a SQL Server database, to Microsoft Dynamics 365.Although I had no prior experience with Dynamics 365, over time I dedicated myself to learning the platform, taking courses, honing my skills, and obtaining certifications.Currently, I am a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), and Azure Cloud. My daily tasks include using the native Dynamics 365 API, making modifications through solutions in Power Apps, creating Flows for task automation, and customizing plugins in C#.I was responsible for architecting APIs using C# .NET 8 and Azure Functions, adopting an object-oriented approach with DDD and Onion Architecture, fully integrated with Azure Web API via Azure DevOps.

I believe this was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. For nearly 10 years, I was the owner and founder of Fairon, a company dedicated to developing an ERP software specifically for retail and jewelry businesses. Unfortunately, during the Covid pandemic, I lost several clients, which made the operation financially unviable.Throughout the years I led the company, I worked with various teams, including programmers, marketing professionals, human resources staff, software salespeople, and social media administrators. In summary, we were a complete company with well-structured departments.I developed the system from scratch, creating an extremely robust solution built on .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server, as well as a WPF Point of Sale (POS) system that utilized the Material Design theme in XAML. The system issued tax documents in accordance with the SPED standards, complying with Brazilian legislation.The project included a web front-end, Web APIs, and Windows Services, among other components. Additionally, it featured an offline application that synchronized sales whenever there was an internet connection, and the entire system was hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud.

Prodata Mobility Brazil stands out as a leader in the electronic ticketing systems market in Brazil and South America, providing hardware and software solutions for passenger management and fare collection in public transportation.In this company, I worked as a .NET Full Framework developer, using C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms, and Windows Services, as well as working with Oracle databases. I also had the opportunity to gain experience in reading binary files and connecting with devices that use low-level programming languages.

I was hired as a .NET Full Framework developer at a time when I was still learning about the technology. However, the company recognized my potential and willingness to learn new technologies, which provided me with a valuable opportunity for professional growth. The company, a health plan operator headquartered in Argentina with a subsidiary in São Paulo, Brazil, decided to develop its own business systems due to the complexity of the business and the need to meet various legal obligations.My main responsibility was to work on the migration of a legacy system to new technologies, specifically ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server. During this migration process, I had the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills, such as developing new interfaces, enhancing my UI/UX competencies, and participating in initiatives aimed at improving business processes and business rules, all with the goal of providing a more satisfying user experience.

I was hired to perform maintenance on a billing and receivables recovery system known for its robustness. The web interface was developed in ASP, and the business rules were implemented in a DLL created with Visual Basic. Additionally, the system included Windows Services that handled asynchronous batch task processing in the background.The system utilized a SQL Server database, with several Stored Procedures responsible for critical business functions. In many cases, these business rules could only be executed via Stored Procedures due to the high-performance demands, something that other tools could not provide.
