Fatema Tyebjee-Jafferjee is a M.A. Industrial and Organizational Psychology Graduate at DM Clinical Research. Colleagues describe her as "Fatema is an excellent decision maker, and critical thinker! She is very intelligent, well spoken, and an effective communicator. She is a professional expert and leader, within her career field. Fatema is a person who goes above and beyond her potential, by asking questions, collaborating, and gathering statistical data, which in return, validate and support her being a decision maker. She brings excellent leadership qualities, to workgroups and teams that she collaborates on. I had the pleasure of serving and leading Fatema, within my IO511 Culture and Design class at TCSPP. After having Fatema in my class, she gained a passion and a better understanding of structural culture analysis within the workplace, in addition, she gained a better understanding of how to be an efficient and effective workplace coach, leader, trainer, and diverse change agent, within her profession. I was impressed by how driven and determined, she was at researching and going beyond her potential, at creating culture and design power point presentations, and communicating with the class, the various culture theories, which included diversity statistical data on Southwest Airlines. It’s rare that you will ever come across a highly intelligent and well spoken leader, such as Fatema!
