About Fatemeh Daemi, Phd
I am a very passionate Science Communicator and Life Sciences Applications Specialist with strong background in Life Sciences research and training/ tutoring. Coming from a background in plant molecular biology (in which I completed my Masters), then fearlessly entering the amazing world of Neuroscience for my PhD and post PhD research and then joining Clinical Pathology team as a demonstrator and lecturer assistant, I have a broad understanding of high quality research. I have a passion to work in the life sciences/ biomedical sciences field and introduce/ train the most advanced solutions in different LS fields including preclinical research, clinical laboratory techniques, biotechs, microscopy, immunohistochemistry, molecular and cell biology etc.I am highly experienced in running research, project management, applying advanced biotechnology and equipment, data analysis, managing laboratory work, communicating and collaborating with a wide range of researchers and clinicians as well as training/ tutoring and providing support to high school and university students. I strongly believe we all need to support STEM research to have a brighter future.
