Quality Assurance Analyst
Current* Analyze system requirements, user stories, and other documentation to develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications* Identify, document, and communicate software bugs, defects, and issues clearly and concisely, track and manage issues through to resolution using test management tools* Provide day-to-day support for resolving system issues and managing service requests.* Engage in design reviews to provide insights and suggestions on how to avoid potential quality issues, ensuring that all systems follow design best practices, particularly in custom software development projects* Worked with the Systems Analyst to develop and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new system changes with business teams.* Document test results and provide/present progress reporting to different stakeholder groups.
