The Product Engineering Lead at plays a key role in driving the development of innovative, web-based GIS platforms that support the Nature-Based Solutions (NbS) sub-cluster and the broader AFOLU (Agriculture, Forestry, and Other Land Use) cluster. Based in Jakarta, this role focuses on overseeing the creation and continuous improvement of critical platforms, all designed to facilitate project delivery within the AFOLU space.The Product Engineering Lead collaborates closely with the NbS Manager and the Infrastructure and DevOps Lead, leading a team of skilled Full-Stack, Back-end, and Front-End Developers. The team ensures seamless integration and optimal functionality across all platforms, delivering impactful, high-quality solutions that support WRI Indonesia's mission of sustainable land use and environmental protection.This role contributes significantly to developing technology-driven solutions that empower frontline organizations, promote sustainability, and drive positive environmental change, with a strong focus on innovation and teamwork.
