I am also responsible for achieving the saudization & recruitment targets , and managing organizational capabilities projects, where I was able to introduce a new Talent Review process based on behavior and performance assessment ,run performance committees meetings. and delivering workshops to enable managers to understand HR processes.Moreover, with my team I was able to over-come the labor office challenges by working on a cleanup project for legalizing over 60 employees in the company.
