With over 12 years of patient care/health related experience, I have the passion, drive, and dedication to provide outstanding customer service no matter the situation easy or tough.I have healthcare experience in the hospital setting, LTAC, home health, group homes, nursing homes, doctor's office and hospice. I have worked with people from all walks of life from the special needs population, to children, elderly, and individuals with diverse skill levels, illnesses, and needs.I tackle stressful situations and thrive on enriching and improving the lives of others. I am a Registered Nurse graduate and hold certifications in :Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, CNA, HHA, EKG Tech, TB test administration, EMT-B, American Heart Association CPR/AED, ALS & BLS, Laser Safety Officer, Esthetics, Cutera. I also have training and experience in using dialysis machines and providing treatment for the renal patient population.I have taken coursework in Spanish, medical Spanish and sign language and have fluency in 3 South Asian languages.My future goals are to;Volunteer for Doctors Without Borders/Peace Corps, Improving healthcare and health insurance system and to pursue a dual MBA/NP program.My passions are helping people live healthier lives.
